Shipping methods

Aiming at your best service, our company offers a choice of delivery methods for the products you have ordered. Upon placing your order, you are requested to choose one of the following methods of delivery of the products:

  • Pickup from the physical store at Evzonon 19, Thessaloniki, within 4 working days
  • Delivery of the order with the cooperating company ELTA Courier.

The orders are delivered to an address that you indicate to us, with the cooperating transport company ELTA Courier.
The estimated delivery time of your order with ELTA Courier is from 2 to 4 working days from the day AFTER the order is finalized.

We take all the necessary measures for the timely delivery of your order, based on the delivery schedule of ELTA Courier. The Company does not guarantee the exact time of arrival or delivery of the order, as these are the sole responsibility of ELTA Courier. Possible delays due to force majeure or random events are not the responsibility of our company.

The shipping cost for orders within Greece is €5.00 with free returns (see changes-returns).
If your order exceeds the amount of €90.00, shipping is FREE.
Pay on delivery has an extra cost of 3.00 Euros.

The shipping cost of the order may change at any time and without any warning. There will be an update from our website for any change in the cost of transportation. Any change does not affect orders that have already been finalized.

If at the time of delivery, the buyer is not at the delivery address to collect their order, the distributor will leave an information note with instructions on how to collect the order. In this case, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the buyer, considering their fragile nature as expressly stated in these terms. The buyer/client is requested to contact the courier’s service by phone (as indicated on the information note) and the distributor will attempt to deliver the order a second and final time, as the carrier's policy provides, otherwise it will remain on the distributor's premises at the buyer's expense and responsibility and subject to the carrier's general storage conditions.
Failure to receive the order by the buyer is considered justified only if the latter contacts our Company either by email or by telephone, stating the reason that prevented him from receiving the order, within 3 days of the failed attempt to deliver the order to him. In any other case, the non-receipt of any order is considered unjustified, and the Company may cancel it automatically, without any other warning.  the buyer contacts the Company after the end of the 3 days and states that he wishes to receive his order, the Company, at its discretion, may resend the order while the buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping costs.
